The US city of Houston has declared a night-time curfew as it battles the impact of Hurricane Harvey.
The storm has left large parts of the city underwater, homes destroyed and at least 15 people dead.
Houston mayor, Sylvester Turner says the curfew is needed to stop looting in America's fourth biggest city.
President Donald Trump visited Texas yesterday to see the extent of damage brought by Harvey.
He called the storm "epic".
