Former Ghana Coach Sam Arday dies

Celebrated Ghanaian Coach, Sam Arday, has died aged 71.
Arday, a former Black Stars coach, died in Accra on Sunday afternoon a short illness.
Ardey until recently was working as the Technical Director for Ghana Premier League side WAFA.
He managed Ghanaian giants Accra Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko.
The veteran Coach also won bronze with the Ghana U23 team at the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona and guided the Black Starlets team to win the FIFA World Cup in 1995.
Meanwhile, President Akufo-Addo has eulogized the renowned Ghanaian tactician.
In a tweet on Sunday, President Akufo-Addo said ‘saddened by the news of the death of Sam Arday. Undoubtedly, one of the most brilliant coaches Ghana has produced.’
