Cleaning up at the Black Star Square days after the inauguration of President Akufo Addo is almost done.
Radio Ghana visited the grounds to examine the progress of work done so far by Zoomlion Ghana Limited, the company that is solely charged to tidy up the venue.
We engaged Mr. Robert Coleman, the Communication Manager for Zoomlion, Ghana Limited on the upkeep of the place.
He told Radio Ghana the company has in time past factored the maintenance of the national facility into its plans as part of its corporate social responsibility.
Mr. Coleman spoke about other plans to help in the celebration of Ghana at 60 on March 6.
Mr. Coleman indicated that no plan can be feasible if the citizens do not change their attitudes.
He called on Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDAs) to tighten bye laws on sanitation to ensure a clean environment.
